THE CIA MEMO: Harvard's Ties to The CIA

Harvard's human relationship alongside the CIA has been hence extensive that inwards 1977, Harvard published a written report outlining its human relationship alongside the fomenters of global unrest. The written report together with included guidelines for faculty interaction.

Naturally, Harvard forwarded a re-create of the written report to the then-CIA full general counsel Anthony Abbot Lapham.
